VariBlend has announced a new, Made-in-America, MiniMix 20mm dispenser that’s ideal for lipglosses, concealers and other on-the-go personal care products based upon fixed or variable delivery ratio of two different formulas. In addition, 40- and 49mm versions are available for personal care products that require a larger size.

The slim profile MiniMix utilizes patented technology, and is the first “spatial” mixer that custom blends two formulas with no residual product. This VariBlend delivery process utilizes a tightly webbed, precision matrix of 19 separate nozzles to distribute select ratios of two thoroughly blended formulas onto a surface applicator, resulting in a freshly blended, smooth delivery.

A Lip Color Dispensing Partnership

Variblend has partnered with Faber-Castell Cosmetics to offer LipMix, a lip color product that offers consumers seven different lip shades in one package. To achieve this solution, VariBlend combines its MiniMix dual dispensing pump with Faber-Castell Cosmetics’ unique ingredients and color technology. This German-made, turnkey solution includes custom color manufacturing, product filling and custom labeling. Decorative effects are available.
